BUILDER BASE - Pre-Construction Termite Preservative
Builder Base is an effective solvent designed exclusively for builders to eliminate termite infestation. Termite-resistant building is a long-time dream for every builder. And hence our creative research team designed Builder Base. This compound makes the soil resistant to the Termite habitat. It should not be used for agricultural purposes.
Safety Precautions
The Builder Base is a strong solution, so gloves and safety shoes should be worn when handling, and kept away from children. Be careful not to touch body parts or eyes as there is a risk of minor burns or other discomfort if it gets on the body. If it falls on body parts, pour clean water and wash immediately.
How to Use
After Wiring & Plumbing
After completing the wiring and plumbing works, spray the Builder Base well in its grooves before plastering.
Wall Treatment
Builder Base needs to be sprayed well on the wall at least up to the bottom of the windows (1m). Plastering should be done only after that.
Ground Treatment
Before concreting the ground, apply Builder Base on the grooves (one foot wide and six inches deep) adjacent to all walls of the rooms. After restoring and firming the ground, spray the entire room with Builder Base. Make sure the area is thoroughly wet with it.
External Application
It should also be applied outside the building, adjacent to the soil wall by digging the soil.
Warranty Terms
There are many authorized site supervisors in all the districts of Kerala, who have completed the company's training and received certificates. The company provides a warranty of up to 7 years on works completed under their supervision.
